Luovi Vocational College has a partnership with SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd, Germany, and finally the dates and schedules worked out for us to host an individual exchange student from Neckargemünd. Dominik is a metal work student and is doing his on the job learning period here at Oulu. He´s working with our two metal groups, and he partly participates on the normal theoretical lesions.Dominik is staying for three weeks, and hopefully he finishes his project before the departure.

For so far Dominik has got tons of positive feedback from all the staff members of Luovi, he´s so polite, cheerful, outgoing and nice. He´s also been talking with our students a lot, so we´re really happy he´s here to cheer up dark Finnish November! For his first week in Finland it was really cold, but he took it like pro and has been taking beautiful pictures in -11 c degrees.

Olemme saaneet Oulun yksikköön kolmeksi viikkoksi vaihto-opiskelija Dominikin Saksasta. Dominik tulee kumppanioppilaitoksesta SRH Neckargemündista, läheltä Heidelbergiä. Dominik on työssäoppimassa metallialan ryhmissä, hänellä on oma työprojektinsa kolmen viikon jaksolle. On hienoa huomata, että Dominikin avoin ja iloinen asenne on saanut paljon kiitosta työntekijöiltämme, on myös mukava kuulla että omat opiskelijamme viettävät aikaa Dominikin kanssa. Vielä pari viikkoa työssäoppimisjaksoa jäljellä, kuinkahan monta uutta kaveria mahtaa Dominik ennättää saamaan?!
